Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TTC3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
SCLC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TTC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
