TTC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,032 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFT27, OGN, and INO80B. Each is linked with TTC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC3-to-partner and partner-to-TTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC3 versus IFT27 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
