TTC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,398 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAG5, CORT, and PGD. Each is linked with TTC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC3-to-partner and partner-to-TTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPAG5 grouped by TTC3-low versus TTC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
