Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,713 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LTN1, SON, and GABPA. Each is linked with TTC3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC3-to-partner and partner-to-TTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC3 versus LTN1 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
