TTC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,660 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F2, IQCC, and SNRNP40. Each is linked with TTC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC3-to-partner and partner-to-TTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F2 grouped by TTC3-low versus TTC3-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
