TTC28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,385 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC28_S2224, TTC28_S2108, and SPIN1. Each is linked with TTC28 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC28-to-partner and partner-to-TTC28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC28 versus TTC28_S2224 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC28→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
