TTC28

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,888 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC28-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, ADAM33, and CRISPLD2. Each is linked with TTC28 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC28-to-partner and partner-to-TTC28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC28 versus SRPX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC28→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
