TTC28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,945 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC28-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, SLC25A17, and GNPNAT1. Each is linked with TTC28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC28-to-partner and partner-to-TTC28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCAT grouped by TTC28-low versus TTC28-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC28→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
