Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC27 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC27 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TTC27 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.
SCLC, UCEC, and KIRP are the cancer types where TTC27 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
