Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC27 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC27 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher TTC27 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

PDAC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TTC27 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
