TTC27

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,141 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPA, NOL10, and PNO1. Each is linked with TTC27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC27-to-partner and partner-to-TTC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC27 versus CENPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
