TTC27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,678 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7845, FAM138A, and RNA5SP402. Each is linked with TTC27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC27-to-partner and partner-to-TTC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7845 grouped by TTC27-low versus TTC27-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
