TTC25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,170 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, IFT140, and TTC21B. Each is linked with TTC25 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC25-to-partner and partner-to-TTC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
