Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,162 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with TTC25 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC25-to-partner and partner-to-TTC25 results are reported.
