TTC24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-62P, MIR1255B2, and KRTAP20-3. Each is linked with TTC24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC24-to-partner and partner-to-TTC24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC24→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
