TTC23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,720 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-143P, LINC02366, and MIR30C1. Each is linked with TTC23 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC23-to-partner and partner-to-TTC23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-143P grouped by TTC23-low versus TTC23-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
