Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,789 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TTC23 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC23-to-partner and partner-to-TTC23 results are reported.
