TTC22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,700 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF5, TMBIM1, and LEXM. Each is linked with TTC22 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC22-to-partner and partner-to-TTC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC22 versus ARHGEF5 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
