Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,710 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Desmosome organization, Response to indole-3-methanol, and Regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process. Each is linked with TTC22 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC22-to-partner and partner-to-TTC22 results are reported.
