Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC19 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher TTC19 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
PRAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TTC19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
