TTC19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,289 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOR1, CRK, and ELAC2. Each is linked with TTC19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC19-to-partner and partner-to-TTC19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC19 versus NCOR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
