Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,221 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC19-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAC2, NUP88, and RPAIN. Each is linked with TTC19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC19-to-partner and partner-to-TTC19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC19 versus ELAC2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
