TTC19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 710 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, XACT, and RN7SKP181. Each is linked with TTC19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC19-to-partner and partner-to-TTC19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by TTC19-low versus TTC19-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
