Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC14 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TTC14 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and GBM show a favorable association.

HNSC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where TTC14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
