TTC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, YTHDC1, and DDX42. Each is linked with TTC14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC14-to-partner and partner-to-TTC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC14 versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
