Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Cyclin-B1, and PCNA. Each is linked with TTC14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC14-to-partner and partner-to-TTC14 results are reported.
