TTC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,152 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPM1, MAT2A, and MAT2B. Each is linked with TTC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC1-to-partner and partner-to-TTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC1 versus NPM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
