TTC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,276 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM41, PRELID1, and RPL26L1. Each is linked with TTC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC1-to-partner and partner-to-TTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC1 versus TRIM41 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
