TTC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 355 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP84, RNA5SP113, and RNA5SP60. Each is linked with TTC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC1-to-partner and partner-to-TTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP84 grouped by TTC1-low versus TTC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
