TTC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with TTC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC1-to-partner and partner-to-TTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVRL1 grouped by TTC1-low versus TTC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
