Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSTD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,200 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSTD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VDAC2_S115, RPL7, and SCAF8. Each is linked with TSTD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSTD3-to-partner and partner-to-TSTD3 results are reported.
