TSTD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSTD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,046 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAAH2, NRIP3, and RPL23AP22. Each is linked with TSTD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSTD2-to-partner and partner-to-TSTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSTD2 versus FAAH2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
