TSTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,209 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCBP1, RNF20, and MFSD14C. Each is linked with TSTD2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSTD2-to-partner and partner-to-TSTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSTD2 versus NCBP1 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
