TSTD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSTD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXPH1, C4BPA, and CSN1S1. Each is linked with TSTD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSTD2-to-partner and partner-to-TSTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXPH1 grouped by TSTD2-low versus TSTD2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
