TSSK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSSK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSSK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTAN1, SPNS1, and PDP2. Each is linked with TSSK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSSK3-to-partner and partner-to-TSSK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTAN1 grouped by TSSK3-low versus TSSK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSSK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSSK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
