Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSSC4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSSC4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TSSC4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSSC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where TSSC4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
