TSSC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSSC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,279 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSSC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFIP2, RRP8, and TIMM10B. Each is linked with TSSC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSSC4-to-partner and partner-to-TSSC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSSC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSSC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
