TSR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,283 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HUWE1, UBA1, and PHF8. Each is linked with TSR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR2-to-partner and partner-to-TSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSR2 versus HUWE1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
