Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,173 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCL8, and USP11. Each is linked with TSR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR2-to-partner and partner-to-TSR2 results are reported.
