Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and PI3K-p85. Each is linked with TSR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR2-to-partner and partner-to-TSR2 results are reported.
