Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,962 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Spliceosome conformational change to release U4 (or U4atac) and U1 (or U11), and Spindle elongation. Each is linked with TSR2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR2-to-partner and partner-to-TSR2 results are reported.
