TSPYL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPYL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,567 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPYL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, LTBP2, and RPL14. Each is linked with TSPYL6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPYL6-to-partner and partner-to-TSPYL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPYL6 versus HDGFL3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPYL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPYL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
