The most reproducible TSPYL6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Microtubule nucleation, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with TSPYL6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPYL6-to-partner and partner-to-TSPYL6 results are reported.
