Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSPYL5 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSPYL5 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TSPYL5 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSPYL5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where TSPYL5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
