Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPYL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,278 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPYL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, CDC42BPA, and AKAP12_S514. Each is linked with TSPYL5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPYL5-to-partner and partner-to-TSPYL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPYL5 versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPYL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPYL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
