Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPYL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPYL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MEK1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with TSPYL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPYL5-to-partner and partner-to-TSPYL5 results are reported.
