Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSPYL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSPYL2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TSPYL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSPYL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and KIRC are the cancer types where TSPYL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
