Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPYL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,515 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD11, DNAJC27, and MAP4K3. Each is linked with TSPYL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPYL2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPYL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
