Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSPY8 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSPY8 data layer compared with 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TSPY8 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSPY8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where TSPY8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
