The most reproducible TSPY8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule methylation, Negative regulation of response to cytokine stimulus, and Proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex assembly. Each is linked with TSPY8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY8-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY8 results are reported.
